Update 1/10/10: Audi is an awesome boy. He has recently been retrained along with my dogs to stay off of my brand new leather couch. His leash training has been going well and he doesnt pull me much anymore. He no longer attempts to dart in my back door and has learned to wait and be more patient for my hand signal. Audi is not a jumper and is a very good cuddler. He will countersurf if food items are not put up out of his reach. He has free run of the house whenever I am home or even asleep but I wouldnt recommend leaving without him being crated. Audi likes his crate and is very content when left it in with a kong or filled bone. Audi is very sweet but may be too much for toddlers or they may be too much for him! He will eat toys up if they are left out. He does very well around and with any other dogs. A loose Min-Pin ambushed him from behind a few weeks ago and he never got flustered over the deal. Audi does love to lay upside down for you to rub his chest and belly. Audi came to me emaciated and would prefer to this day for humans and pets to not touch his food once it has been put in his crate. I just simply close his door and let him have his time with his meal. He is not a vocal dog except for when you first come home and he is ready to come out of his crate. He is well housebroke and doesnt have accidents in the house or in his crate. Audi is ready and deserving of his forever home.

Update 7/1/09: Audi is a sweet boy. He is living in a home with both a male and female boxer. He is nice to the female and plays hard with the male, because thats how his foster brother plays. It seems that Audi will adapt to whatever dog he is around. I have never had a disagreement between any of these 3 in my home. He has never been aggressive over toys or bones and I have both of these items strewn throughout the house. Audi does have to be crated if left unattended for very long. He likes couch cushions!

Audi is an adult brindle male that came to us from a large urban shelter. We are still learning about him, but estimate that he was probably born sometime in 2005. He is gaining lots of weight but is a small size boy. Probably 22 inches tall. Poor little thing, but he is sweet and plays well with both of my dogs. He is now crate trained and very well behaved in it. I no longer hear a peep from him and wouldnt even know he was in it. He has learned to sit for his treat after he comes from outside and knows to go to his crate for dish meals. He is not yet allowed loose indoors unless Im awake I dont think he has spent much if any time in a house during his life. I think he does seem to learn quickly though. Little Audi has come a long way since January 9th! ***
