!!!ADOPTION PENDING!!!!
UPDATE 8/20/08:Deion has turned out to be one big and sweet loving dog. He likes to curl up next to me with his head on my lap and Deion and his foster boxer sister lay next to each other as well. He still gets into those ornery mood spurts of his and runs around like a lunatic heathen but it only last for a couple of minutes and is well worth the entertainment that comes along with it. He quickly settles back down and is ready for more lovin! He is still too rambunctious for small children though. This is one tall dark handsome boy with lots of personality to back those good looks. He could put a smile on any ol grumpy face. I will definitely miss having this one around when he gets adopted out. He is 100% house broke and has never torn up any household items. He is quiet in his crate and doesn�t have any bad habits that I can think of.
UPDATE 6/12/08: Deion has a wonderful personality and a lot of energy to back it. He will never be good at agility because of his large build and he doesn�t allow his back legs to leave the ground. He doesn�t have the attention span either. He is stubborn but humorous! Deion is the kind of boy who would jump through the first hoop 5 or 6 times and when he gets bored with it he�ll move on to ladders and eventually the tunnel and to the finish line. He is a good boy and he gets a smile and a laugh out of me everyday! This boy is for entertainment purposes only. I have learned a lot from doing rescue and seeing all of the different behaviors of the dogs we get. This guy is a comedian and not much into math or science. He is a happy boy who likes to make folks laugh. He reminds me of my 2nd Boxer. His foster boxer sister even thinks Deion is funny! She likes him!
UPDATE 5/15/08: Deion is as energetic as they come. He does kennel very well and knows his basic commands. Deion is stubborn and enjoys doing his own thing. Deion is a lot of fun and can keep you entertained for hours. He is very good at throwing (stuffed animals), boxing (myself and my dog), jumping (on and off of furniture), and running (around the house). Deion would love to have a dog or two to play with and a few people to boot. Deion is one big and happy dog so the more the merrier! Oh, we are still working on the leash training but he is improving.
Deion is a flashy reverse brindle that is about 2-3 years old. He is new to our program & more will be added as we get to know him.
