Description
Baylor is an 9 month old puppy who is adorable and fun loving. He loves to be around people and likes to butt in for attention whenever he can. He came from a Nebraska shelter and has some deformity with his back legs. It may be from a nutritional defiency or that he was stuck in a small cage where he couldnt stand up properly and his legs just grew this way. He doesnt stand quite right and walks a little funny but it does not slow him down, he does not even act like he knows any different.

He does seem to be standin up taller now since I have had him in our home; he is also able to build up some muscle in them to provide more support.

He lives with my boxer, Layla, who also came from rescue. She is a very mild mannered girl and tolerates him well. He will pester her at time; she just turns her head from one side to another, then he realizes she doesnt want to play and he goes off to find a toy. He loves to chew on his toys and plays ball in the back yard. He likes to plop down in the grass outside and roll all over. I have never seen a boxer roll over as much as Baylor does.

We are working on the potty training. Hes doing pretty good most of the time, but we need to learn what his signals are to go outside. We got a bell to attach to the door so he can ring it when he needs to go out.

We are also working on cat training he is very interested in them and is only focused on the cat if he is up.

He is able to sit and lay down with treats. He picked up on that very quickly. When I let him out of his kennel, I tell him to settle down and make him wait before I will let him out.

He has been a bundle of joy to have around the house. He isnt a totally crazy boxer like some can be. Hes pretty mild mannered and my girl is teaching him well; sleep, sleep and more sleep! He likes to cuddle up with her too, very cute! :) Any family would be lucky to have him as a member of their family.

**A family willing to attend basic obedience classes and a home with a physically fenced yard will be required to adopt Baylor**
