**ADOPTION PENDING**
Briggs is somewhere between 16 -24 months and is a flashy brindle male, with natural ears and a cropped tail. He is a very sweet and gentle boy who has been neglected and probably is just learning what love and affection is all about. UPDATE! Briggs continues to grow stronger and braver and loves to run and chase in the back yard. He was very skinny when he came to us, but now looks wonderful. Briggs is crate trained, and housetrained, but he will only give you subtle indications that he needs out, so he will need a home willing to watch for his cues. Briggs does need a fenced yard to run in and an obedience/socialization class will be required when he’s ready for it - which will be down the road a bit. He will REQUIRE a crate in his forever home as that is his place of
security. He has come such a long way, but is still very scared when out of his environment. A trip to the pet store is terrifying for him. A home with older children that will be patient with him, would be ideal and a 4-legged playmate would be terrific, too, as he loves to run and play with other dogs. He’s also fine with cats!
