Carli is doing well in her foster home. She went to her first training class and already knows sit, lay and stay! We are working on her social skills, she loves people, but in new environments she becomes very nervous and acts out towards other dogs. With time and introducing her to new surroundings she should settle down a lot.

Carli came into our program as an owner surrender. She is a young boxer, almost two years old. She had been living inside in her prior home. So far she has had no accidents and has only chewed on her toys. She does counter surf and really dislikes her kennel. She has starting going on two walks a day and has done very well with walking beside me, as long as she has a no pull harness on, she will listen very well on walks. Carli went running with me and she did great, she will make a wonderful running partner. She is shy when introduced to new environments, but I think in time she will come out of her shell. She is a little under weight, but has had a great appetite, so it should not take long to pack on the pounds! To keep with our theme of naming our boxers after Twilight characters, Carli’s full name is Carlisle!
