Eja is about as perfect as they come. She does just about what ever we ask of her. Her 2 biggest faults are jumping the fence and not liking the crate. We have found she prefers the large plastic Vari-Kennel over an open wire one.

UPDATE 4/30/08: Eja is about as perfect as they come. She does just about what ever we ask of her. Her 2 biggest faults are jumping the fence and not liking the crate. We have found she prefers the large plastic Vari-Kennel over an open wire one.
Eja (Asia) - is about 1 year old and found herself a stray in a small town and was not claimed. She?s very smart and attentive and knows several commands. Sit, down, stay, shake, off, roll over and probably others that we haven?t discovered yet. She has beautiful cropped ears and a very princessy persona. She is getting along great with the other dogs in her foster home, after she found her spot in the hierarchy, but she is a definite NO for kitties and small dogs. She is a big leaner and cuddler. She?s not excited about staying in a crate - but we?re working on it. We made a few changes last night to her sleeping arrangements and she did very good all night. She will also need a privacy fence - she cleared my 4 foot fence without blinking an eye. For being just 1 year old, she?s very mature and calm. She walks nicely on a leash with a few corrections and so far has not been a real jumper onto us. This s little girl is a gem and won?t be in foster care long.
