| Update 7/6/07 |
| Flynn is 8.5 months old right now and is quite the character. He has the silliest expressions and sometimes looks likes hes laughing. He loves to play and thinks it is great fun to run in the kennel for a treat, I only have to touch the treat jar and he?s in the crate waiting. He loves to play outside but wants you out there with him too. He has done fine with our cat and is easily corrected when he has overstepped his "sniffing" limit. He loves to be petted and loved on. He will be a smaller boxer based on his size at this age. We often think he looks like a deer because of his skinny little legs and how he steps so daintily sometimes. He is still shy around new people and new experiences but he is NOT shy at home with his foster family. He is doing well with his housetraining - but typical toddler - he gets to playing and forgets until it?s too late. He has about 1 accident a week or week and a half. He also needs a potty break mid day. |

Flynn is a 6 month old puppy boy that was owner surrendered to a shelter in western Kansas. Due to lack of space at that shelter, all owner surrenders are euthanized the same day they are dropped off. His previous owner knew that & left him anyhow. Luckily for Flynn, one of the shelter workers called us & we got him out of there with only 30 minutes to spare. He?s very shy around new people but relaxes around other dogs. He?s now been moved into a foster home & we?ll get to know more about him as he settles into his new routine.
