| Emeri has become a little thief. She?ll take anything she can get her teeth on and take it to her crate! The other night she took all the dog toys out of the toy bin into her crate. She also tries to take our clothes, shoes, anything. She goes to the door to tell us she needs to go out, and is staying dry & clean at night, which is wonderful. She has started asking us to pet her (yea!). She is eating great. Her favorite place is her crate, and she hates it when we close it. All in time, I guess. |

* * ADOPTION PENDING * *
**FOSTER UPDATE 4/11/06** Emeri has become very attached to a Christmas tree toy, as you can see from her photo. She is doing a little better every day. The guys who have been working on the house should finish up today, so we?ll really be able to get her "out there" now. She loves shredded cheese, and I?ve been using it to encourage her to hang out with us instead of the little dogs. I think we are in for a long process with her, but she is so sweet, so we are all enjoying it!**
Emeri is a flashy fawn female that was born sometime in spring of 2005 and came to us from a state confiscation of an unethical commercial breeder. She has been moved into a foster home and we will keep the site updated as we learn more about her.
