Dolly is a sweet boxer girl who was found by a kind family who took her in, restored her health & has asked us to help them find Dolly a new home.
Dolly has spent most of her life producing puppies. She even has her ears notched (like livestock) where she would have been sold at an animal auction. She has a slight limp in her back leg & we’re guessing it’s a combination of age & being confined in a small cage at a breeding facility. Even with all of this, Dolly is one of the sweetest boxers you’ll ever meet. All she wants is to be loved & she’ll give you tender boxer kisses. Her age is estimated at somewhere between 5 & 7. Won’t you consider opening your home to this wonderful girl & allow her to finally be someone’s baby?
UPDATE: Dolly must have an angel looking out for her. The family that found her could no longer keep her with their cats and they took her to a high kill shelter right before Christmas. Luckily, the shelter called us on the day she was scheduled to be euthanized & after some major begging, we were able to get a spot at a private boarding facility. She’s safe & warm but is very confused about all that’s happened. At this time, we don’t have a foster slot without cats so she will have to stay in boarding until a foster or adoptive home (without cats) can be found.
