**FOSTER UPDATE 9/15/05**
Even though we have only had him at home two nights he is a wonderful pet so far. He has a great temperment, gets along with Jenna just fine, he listens very well, understands and responses to sit, down, and kennel. He is ok with the kennel, but is a little noisy when you first put him in it, but will quieten down when you ask him to. He shows no attempt to be jumper at this point, and does not get to far away from either my wife or myself when he is out of the kennel. I did talk to the vets office on wednesday this week, he was favoring his left rear leg. We agreed to watch him for a day or two to seeif it was just a muscle tightness from being in the kennel, or may just getting more excercise than what he had been use to. Thursday he was much better, so we will watch him closely for a while. He has a great personality, is very affectionet, has not shown any aggressive attitudes to Jenna, Lisa or I, or visitors to the house. ****
Franklin is probably just over a year old and came to us from a large urban animal control. He seems to have some basic house manners. He has been moved to a foster home with another female boxer and should be available for adoption within the next few weeks.
