Description
**ADOPTION PENDING**

**Foster home update 3/10/05**
I think he would do well with children. He does initiate play with Molly(even more as he gets stronger). He does like to be alone, every now and then we will have to look for him in the house and he will be in the office just hanging out. He has not chewed anything up or got into anything. He does like plants so we watch him on that. He has never jumped on anyone, he does like to to mouth though if you let him, but a simple "no" and he will stop.
I think he would be good in about any enviroment as long as the home he go’s into is affectionate and gives him plenty of attention. He is a great dog, he is passive sometimes and other times excited and ready to play. He seems to be in the mood that is the mood in the house if that makes sense. When we are excited and playing with him and Molly he is excited, but if we come home and are just hanging out he will lay on his pillow.**

**Update 2/20/05**
Ari has been diagnosed with Leptospirosis; which is a bacterial disease that affects humans and animals. Lepto is one of the many things that caring owners do vaccinate their dogs against, so is another reason to vaccinate or have titers performed yearly. Ari is being treated and has been moved back into a foster home.**

Ari is an 8-9 month old flashy fawn male that was found stray. He is extemely thin and we believe is suffering from joint swelling due to malnutrition. Please keep this little guy in your thoughts as he fights to overcome the results of human neglect.
Ari is hospitalized and if you would like to donate to his care, feel free to click the ’Donate’ button or send your charitable donation to MoKan Boxer Rescue, POB 8151, Topeka KS 66608.
