Description
Joe was stray. He’s about 15 months old and was placed twice by the city pound, but he ran away each time. He continues to have a little wander lust and will jump the fence to get close to his people. But mostly to stay close to his foster family. We are working on no kitties 101 but the boxer savvy cat in the foster home says he’ll do best without a kitty. He is healthy will probably need someone with a little boxer savvy.
