Libby is a 5 months old deaf white girli. Despite a longer muzzle, she is 100% boxer, inside and out. Libby was left in a shelter drop-box in the middle of the night when she was just 3 months old, probably by a breeder who could not sell her.
Though Libby is deaf, she is not shy! She is a sweet ladylike girl who loves people, dogs and cats. Libby is my shadow...wherever I go, she comes and lies beside my chair quietly. But she also loves to play and run. Her favorite toys are cow hooves. Libby is well started on her house training, and on her crate training though she does cry some when first crated.
Libby has demodectic mange, which we are starting treatment for this week. Its a very mild case and our vet feels she will recover quickly and that it may dissapear altogether once she is settled in a permanent, loving home. Libby would do best in a home where someone is home with her, or with another dog to act as her ears. She is smart, enthusiastic and terribly loving and affectionate, without being overbearing. Obedience classes suggested and maybe required. Contact info: Cathi Newlin
