Frannie was a frequent visitor at a shelter in Central Nebraska. After her last visit, her owner decided he didn’t want her back. Frannie is said to be around 4 y.o., but she doesn’t look it. She’s in great shape with lots of energy. She is deaf and will need another dog in the home to act as her ears. Obedience classes will also be required. Frannie is an easy going girl who is an easy keeper.
