Felicity (AKA Mercy) is back in rescue! She was returned after her new parents had a baby. Felicity is a goofy girl of about two years old. Sheâ€™s a little timid in new situations and around new people or new dogs, but once she gets comfortable, watch out! Obedience class will be a must for her.
