UPDATE 09/02/11: What a nice boy, this Jovi. He has great snuggle skills. He loves to play and actively engages his boxer foster brother and sister to play. He walks pretty well on a leash, which is great, because Jovi needs lots of physical activity. He is completely housebroken. He rarely barks when we’re home, unless he’s mouth-wrestling with the other boxers. He crates easily, although he would definitely prefer to go with you wherever you go than to be left in his kennel. He is a calm boxer when it comes to human interaction, and he likes children and adults equally well. He gets along with most dogs, too.
Bon Jovi came to us from a large urban shelter and is a very strong, athletic young boxer. But he is also very gentle and in the right home will be a great asset. He can jump and climb, so a higher fence will be a must. "Jovi" is probably born around March 2008; has one blue eye and one brown eye and can hear very well.
