Description
FOSTER UPDATE 11/10/08: Nora got a clean scrape last week. So shes officially healthy, weighs 30 lbs, and her spay is scheduled for the week after Petco.
She is a little spitfire, loves to play with our other foster, or play with us. She loves to play keep away with the other foster or king of the mountain. Nora is a chewer and anything within reach is a potential chew toy. Potty training is going well. Mornings are good, but the afternoons and evenings can be iffy. Noras a sweet little girl.

FOSTER UPDATE 10/12/08: Nora is a bossy little girl. She barks at her brother or anyone else that she thinks needs to do what she wants. Her brain is always going 90 mph. She is learning basic commands, but has much too many other things to do, and is easily distracted. She has no fear and youll find her going most anywhere. She has no problem climbing up, crawling under, or going around to get where or what she wants. Nora is a little spitfire that is full of attitude. She is gaining weight and is now at 23 pounds.

FOSTER UPDATE 10/5/08: Both pups are playing actively and eating well. Hank and Nora can run up and down a full flight of stairs. No fear for them. No sense either. When it is nap time, one is usually keeping the other one up. Both love to jump up on people and we are actively learning “OFF”. They can jump really high and love to jump up at people waist high. Thats were the “OFF” comes in! They are also great counter surfers, so we use “OFF” for that also. Nora now weighs 20.6 lbs.

INTAKE: Nora & Hank are breeder surrenders that were born on 5/10/08. Nora is a classic fawn baby with a black mask. She is outgoing, fearless & very athletic. She weighed in at 17 lbs.

Both puppies have demodectic mange as well as hookworms. They were isolated for awhile but are now with the rest of the family. They are eating like little piggies but are very active so it may take some time to fatten them up.

Our puppy requirements are:
- A physically fenced yard (no electric/underground fences, kennel runs or tie-outs)
- Someone able to come home every 4-5 hours to facilitate housebreaking and crate training
- Participation in a puppy kindergarten class & one basic group/fun-type obedience class
- Children under 5 in the home must have lived with a boxer or medium/large breed dog before

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO OUR PUPPY REQUIREMENTS -- ONLY HOMES THAT MEET ALL OF THE CRITERIA WILL BE CONSIDERED!
