UPDATE 11-18-08: Tilly is a dream girl, we often call her the perfect puppy. She is good in the crate and goes in easily for a treat or toy. She is smart as a whip and know sit, down, crate, shake (both paws) and roll over. She�s fine with the kitty in the house and she loves to play play play !!
Her housetraining is getting there, we are down to about 1 accident a week and it�s usually our fault for not paying closer attention.
Tilly is one fun-loving girl and would be a great pet for any family. She�s growing fast and would love to find her forever home soon.
INTAKE: Matilda (who will be going by the name of Tilly) is an adorable little flashy fawn female that was born around 4/15/2008. This cutie was surrendered to a local shelter by her previous owners because they weren’t prepared for the typical boxer puppy energy. She’s settling in nicely at her foster home & her foster momma will be adding updates as she gets to know her.
Our puppy requirements are:
- A physically fenced yard (no electric/underground fences, kennel runs or tie-outs)
- Someone able to come home every 4-5 hours to facilitate housebreaking and crate training
- Participation in a puppy kindergarten class & one basic group/fun-type obedience class
- Children under 5 in the home must have lived with a boxer or medium/large breed dog before
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO OUR PUPPY REQUIREMENTS -- ONLY HOMES THAT MEET ALL OF THE CRITERIA WILL BE CONSIDERED!
