UPDATE 10/21/11: Kimbo has asked that we update his profile and let everyone know that while he may be young and yes, he has been known to jump his chain link fence, he is really a laid back, easy going guy that gets along with other dogs and kitties. Just like Gary Cooper who could fall asleep at the drop of a hat in between takes on his movie sets, Kimbo also has no trouble relaxing and getting comfortable in new settings. Kimbo also reports that he has been practicing his best manners and gets it right most of the time. As far as a forever home, he doesn’t want anything fancy. He is not a high-maintenance kind of guy, just that six foot fence will make him (and his foster mom) happy!!
UPDATE 07/19/11: Kimbo has turned into a lovely young boy. His foster home has worked diligently to smooth out his rough edges and provide some basic training for him. He does well with the two Boxers in his foster home as well as the cat. He has been known to try to dart out the door, so that will be something that needs to be worked with and a close eye kept on. Please consider Kimbo for your next Boxer buddy!!
Kimbo is an approximately 1 y.o. male He is a happy-go-lucky guy with a great personality. He has been bounced around a little in his short 12 months, but seems to be pretty resilient. Kimbo has been around young children, cats and other Boxers (male and female). He has done well with all of them. Kimbo is learning about crate training as well as manners in general and doing well with all!!
