**ADOPTION PENDING**
FOSTER UPDATE 07/26/10: Gretl Kelly is the perfect dog for someone who wants a loyal companion. Although she is very interested in playing with her brother Friedrick and her 2 foster boxer siblings she often comes over in the middle of play time to check on and chill with her foster parents. She is crate trained and does not have accidents in her crate. She is coming along on house training - she will go to the door but if you are not quick enough she might have an accident. She is smart and has learned very quickly so I suspect in another week shell be 100% house broken. Once you meet her you will find she is such a sweet, loving and outgoing girl who really just wants to please people. She is really good with our two cats but will give chase from time to time when they run but its all in fun. She is perfectly happy chewing on her toys or curling up next to you on the couch and relaxing. She travels well in the car - no fussing or crying at all and is always excited to go for a ride.
Gretl is one of 5 puppies born to Edelweiss on St Patricks Day 2010 (3/17/2010). Her mom is a purebred boxer and it is unknown what the dad was, but the entire litter is brindle (like mom) or black. They have docked tails like boxers and are ready for new homes. A fenced yard and willingness to do a puppy class and a regular obedience class is a requirement of adoption.
