UPDATE 12.22.09: Hagan is more than ready for his forever home. He is doing great in his crate, on his house training and gets along well with the other Boxers and Yorkie in his foster home. He is a strong-willed little Boxer; yes, he is petite for a Boxer, and has no problems talking back to you. This little guy is a spitfire in a little package and needs a new owner committed to obedience classes.

Update 14 Oct
Hagan has been great in his foster home. He is now housetrained and doing really well in the crate. He still has a little anxiety about being in there, but only drooling now. He does well with little dogs. Hagan now enjoys playing with toys; he likes Kong balls and playing tug-o-war with his foster Boxer sister. He is still very much a puppy and will still be working on manners and socialization. Hagan is more than ready for his forever home.

9/14/09: Hagan just arrived in the program. He got a vet check-up today and all his shots, is heartworm negative and had a clean fecal. He was started on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. Hagan is just 10 months old and was turned over to rescue by his owner. He is a typical bouncy Boxer boy with little to no manners. But, his foster home is an excellent family with lots of energy, so they will have him crate trained and doing well on his house training in no time. Hagan seems to have lots of energy, which is typical of his age. He hasnt had much experience with toys, but we are sure he will pick this up quickly.
