Description
8-18-08 update: Dexter is ready for his forever home. He is doing well on his house training and crate training. He does like to chew things that are not his but that is part of his still being a puppy. He loves to play with other dogs and is all about the game. He does jump his foster homes four foot fence if he sees a bird, rabbit etc... but once over the fence, he forgets how to get back!

6-27-08 update: My foster mom says I am a very good puppy. I love to play, destroy my soft toys and a few things that are not toys. I am trying very hard to remember to go potty outside but have had two accidents in the house. This is a new concept to me and I am trying very hard to learn this. I really dont mind my crate but would rather be cuddled up with you. I love playing with my foster sister and really like to bat my puppy eyes at her and convince her to let me have the food in her bowl too. My foster mom caught me doing this and since my foster sister is such a push over, I have to eat in my crate while my foster sister eats so I dont eat her food too. I really like the kids that live with me in my foster home and I am told I tolerate them well. But, I hear everyone saying, "remember, he still has a lot of puppy in him". Im not sure what that means but I sure like to get into stuff I shouldnt, play with toys that are really not toys and cause some puppy havoc.

UPDATE 6-02-08: I saw the vet today, still dont know to much about me but I am heartworm negative! They tell me they think I am right around a year old, maybe less. I do have kennel cough so I am being treated for that. Once I get over my cough, I can be neutered and then in a few more weeks I will be ready to go to a forever home. They tell me that will be around 7/1/08 as long as everything goes well! I cant wait to meet my new forever home.

Hello, I have JUST arrived. Nothing is know about me other than I am a boy, fawn and have kennel cough. Once I decide to tell my foster home about me, they will share it with everyone. Once I tell everyone more about me, I will let you know.
