In Memorial*Anna*1993-2002
Anna came to us early in 2002 from a situation in which she had lived in a kennel her entire life. The first few months, our foster families worked with her to give her the courage to come out of her crate and to give her the understanding of how wonderful life with humans can be.
We lost Anna on 9/24/2002 to a battle with cancer. But not before she had not only learned how to come out of her kennel, but she had been in a home and been a ’helpmate’ to another senior boxer that had lost the use of his legs. Anna was the stoic survivor that we see so often in this breed, and we thank her for coming into our lives and teaching us all a little bit about ourselves.
