Update on Miss Penny. We have decided that she will do best in a home with another dog as a playmate. But she will do best without a cat, she is too interested in her foster homes kitty. She has a submissive nature and requires a gentle, loving environment.
She is very sweet and loves people including small children. She is all puppy. She is crate trained and doing very well in her foster home. She will require obedience classes and a fenced yard. She may be a mix but is likely the result of very poor back yard breeding.
