Description
|
Sage began to fail last week and took a turn for the worse on Saturday. She was helped to the bridge with her foster mom and dad at her side. Run free sweet Sage, gone not forgotten.
Update!!! Sage has recovered nicely from her surgeries and is ready for a forever home. She has been given a clean bill of health from our vet. She does not like cats or other female dogs but adores male dogs and loves all children.
Sage is a sweet older girl that our volunteer
COULD NOT leave at the shelter. She has some scars around her head. Also a scar around her next from a collar or chain. She has had pups. The shelter guessed her age at 7. She is older, but sweeter.
She has her lumps and bumps; she’s had four masectomies that were positive, however her chest x-ray is clear. When she went to have stitches removed, a mast cell tumor was found on her leg. This has been removed as well.
She is a very calm girl; a grand lady. A sweet, loving dignified girl, she will want to be queen!
