Gee...with all your adoption restrictions, wouldn't it be easier to just get a Boxer somewhere else?
Yes, it probably would be easier to get a Boxer from another source other than our rescue groups. However, many of our dogs came to us because they were easy to get. People gave up these very dogs because they were just as easy to get rid of.
We feel strongly that it is our job to find the perfect home for each of these dogs. By being very selective in our adoption process, we can feel confident that we've done everything within our power to ensure that these dogs' next homes are forever homes. We may be strict in our placements, but the dogs are better off for it...and each successful adoption is a reward for our efforts. The experience is very rewarding for us, the dogs' new owners -- and more importantly -- for the dogs themselves. |
